After 30 year in business Memory Lane has helped many thousands of people improve their homes, from country cottages to Government House. The knowledge gained from working on so many homes has enabled us to have the experience to work on many commercial projects as well. Our portfolio includes retail Shops, such as Peter Alexander & Review Stores, Porter Davis Homes, Embracia Moonee Valley Nursing Home, The Espy Hotel St Kilda. Some of these projects have come through our relationship with Justin Bishop of Justin Bishop Design an excellent Interior designer.
THE ESPY HOTEL REFIT

Memory Lane was proud to help in the restoration of the iconic Espy Hotel in St Kilda in 2018. Initially we were asked to quote on only a few lights but finished up working with the Architects, Interior Designers, Builders & Owners to provide most of the wall lights and also some of the ceiling lights. It was an interesting process to watch it all come together into a fantastic venue that is sympathetic to the Old Espy.
