The Esplanade Hotel in St Kilda has been a cultural icon of Melbourne for well over a century. That's why, when we were approached by renowned interior designer and art director Eleisha Gray in 2018, we were thrilled. What started as just a few lights quickly became lights in almost every part of the venue, from the Alfred Felton Bar to the Green Room: most of the wall lights and a share of the ceiling lights, all chosen to sit sympathetically with the Espy's heritage and history.
